What is the child ticketing policy?
Children aged 3–12 require a child ticket. Children aged 2 and under can travel free. All children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Which days do the tours operate?
Big Bus Tours New York operates every day except Thanksgiving (November 24) and New Year's Eve (December 31). Occasionally severe weather and special event days could affect service.

How do I get ferry tickets?
Redeem your Big Bus voucher with staff before heading to Battery Park. Do not join the ferry line without a ticket.
