What is the child policy?

A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 12 years inclusively. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please use only a foldable strollers.

How do I redeem my ticket?

Show your mobile or printed voucher to Big Bus staff at any stop to start your bus and cruise experience. For the Night Tour, head to Stop 5 – 156 Avenue des Champs-Elysées 15 minutes before departure. Select your Night Tour date/time at checkout or via the booking portal after purchase. You'll also receive a printed ticket with a code to access the free walking tours app.

Do I need to specify a date of travel?

Yes. Choose your hop-on, hop-off start date at checkout. You’ll also select the Night Tour date/time via the calendar or post-purchase booking portal.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

100% of our buses have wheelchair access on the lower deck.

What languages is the tour commentary available in?

Commentary is offered in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese (BR), Korean, Russian, and Mandarin.

Where does the Night Tour depart from?

The panoramic Night Tour departs from Stop 5 – 156 Avenue des Champs-Elysées. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Is the Night Tour hop-on, hop-off?

No, the Night Tour is a non-stop panoramic tour. You’ll stay onboard for the full 2-hour journey through Paris’s most iconic landmarks, beautifully lit at night.

What’s included in the Seine river cruise?

The cruise takes you along the Seine River for scenic views of Paris’s riverside attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, and the Louvre. It's a relaxing, narrated ride offering a different angle on the city.

Where does the river cruise depart from?

Cruise departure points may vary slightly, but most commonly depart from the Eiffel Tower area (near Port de la Bourdonnais). Specific details will be provided when you redeem your ticket.

Do I need to reserve a time for the river cruise?

No. Cruises run every 45 minutes from 10:30am to 9:00pm (every 30 minutes on weekends). You can join any departure within operating hours on your ticket date.
