The principal starting point for the City Tour (Red Route) is Stop #1: Circular Quay (on the corner of Alfred Street, and George Street, opposite DFS Galleria).

What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 2–15. Children under 2 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 16.
Do I need to specify a date for travel?
Yes, select your bus tour date when booking. If touring over multiple days, use tickets on consecutive days. Attraction times must be booked separately after purchase.
Can someone else use my ticket?
Yes! The name doesn’t matter — just show the voucher to Big Bus staff to get your tickets. Keep them safe, they can’t be replaced.
Are buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes, lower decks have ramps and wheelchair space. One wheelchair per bus. Mobility scooters and very large chairs may not be supported due to weight limits (max 300kg total).
How do I request a refund?
